I forgot my pattern

On the lock screen, tap Forgot? and enter your 12-word recovery phrase. It opens your vault, and you can set a new pattern in Settings. For how recovery works in vault apps in general, see the photo vault recovery guide.

I'm switching to a new iPhone

Turn on iCloud backup in Settings › Backup and wait until it says it's backed up. You can tap Test a restore to check it first. On the new iPhone, sign in with the same Apple ID, install Forevault and choose Restore from iCloud. Keep your 12 words: they open the restored vault if iCloud Keychain hasn't synced yet.

How do I get my files out?

Select items in the vault and tap Export to save them to Photos or Files. Export is always free.

Restore a purchase

Open Settings › Forevault Pro and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple ID you bought it with.

Cancel Forevault Pro Yearly

Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Forevault. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, and everything in your vault stays readable and exportable after that.
