Forevault doesn't collect any data. There is no account, no sign-up and no server of ours that your files or information pass through.

What stays on your iPhone

Photos, videos, documents and notes you add are encrypted on your iPhone with AES-256-GCM before they are stored. The key is derived from your pattern, passcode, password or 12-word recovery phrase. We never receive any of these and can't open your vault.

iCloud backup

If you turn on iCloud backup, Forevault stores encrypted copies of your vault in your own private iCloud database. Only your Apple ID can reach that storage, and the files are encrypted before they leave your iPhone, so neither we nor Apple can read them. You can delete the backup from Settings › Backup in the app at any time.

Purchases

Forevault Pro is bought through the App Store. Apple handles the payment. We don't receive your name, email address or payment details.

Feedback

If you send feedback from the app, it opens your own Mail app with a message you can read and edit before you send it. We only receive what you choose to send.

Analytics and tracking

Forevault contains no analytics, advertising or tracking code, and it doesn't share data with third parties. If you have chosen to share crash reports with developers in iOS settings, Apple may pass anonymous crash reports to us.
